π§ ModelEngine
Overviewβ
Oraxen allows you to merge / integrate ModelEngine's pack into Oraxen for ModelEngine to use it to display its custom mobs.
Ensure you are not using ModelEngine Item Types (e.g. Leather Horse Armor) in e.g. Oraxen (as material) or in other Merged Packs.
ModelEngine typically includes core shader files. It is not possible to merge those files into Oraxen, as it's considered unstable and will cause issues. Oraxen has a settings option to automatically detect and disable core shader files from merged packs that you must enable.

Mergingβ
Merging a pack into Oraxen is simple and we have a dedicated documentation page for it here. You have to choose either one of those methods for merging your ModelEngine pack.
We recommend the ZIP file uploads, since they are the easiest to maintain if you want to update the ModelEngine pack.
ZIP file uploads
- Go to your ModelEngine folder (
plugins/ModelEngine) - Open the resource pack folder (
plugins/ModelEngine/resource pack) - Select the assets folder (
plugins/ModelEngine/resource pack/assets) - Compress the selected (assets) folder (Compress to ZIP file)
- Copy / Move the compressed ZIP file into Oraxen's upload folder (
plugins/Oraxen/pack/uploads)
Make sure to select the assets folder, not its contents. If other packs are overwriting modelengine, rename the ZIP file to 99_modelengine for it to take priority.
Direct folder structure
- Go to your ModelEngine folder (
plugins/ModelEngine) - Open the resource pack folder (
plugins/ModelEngine/resource pack) - Copy the assets folder (
plugins/ModelEngine/resource pack/assets)
Make sure to copy the assets folder, not its contents.
- Paste the assets folder into Oraxen's pack folder (
plugins/Oraxen/pack)
